Media Release:
By participating in YOLO Productions events, parents/guardians consent to the use of photographs, videos, and media featuring their child for promotional purposes. YOLO Productions retains global, irrevocable, and exclusive rights to these materials without compensation to participants.
Collaborations and Assignments:
Participation does not guarantee future collaborations or assignments. Opportunities arising from participation will be negotiated independently with the concerned parties.
Changes to the Event:
YOLO Productions reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of changes, and efforts will be made to reschedule events. Refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Compliance with Rules:

Event Refunds:
Refunds will only be issued if a participant is not selected by YOLO Productions’ official selection team. No refunds will be provided for other reasons, including dissatisfaction or withdrawal.
Registration Cancellation:
Once registration is completed and the booking amount is paid, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. This is due to the initiation of several processes immediately after registration, such as releasing costume measurements for designer outfits, securing advance bookings for professional services like photography, makeup, studio slots, and merchandise. Additionally, various financial commitments, including taxes and service charges, are processed right away. Consequently, no refunds will be provided for cancellations after registration.
Emergency Refunds:
In exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies, participants may submit relevant documentation for consideration. Partial refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of YOLO Productions if the submitted documents and reports are deemed valid. Applicable charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days.
Refund Policy Changes:
YOLO Productions reserves the right to update its refund policy without notice. Participants are advised to review the policy before registering.
Service Delivery:
Upon registration and payment, YOLO Productions aims to deliver services within 90-120 days from the date of registration with us. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly, and services will be rescheduled accordingly.
